Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were large and pleasant but located along the main road with considerable traffic, making them a bit dark due to the abundance of dark wood. The service lacked friendliness and understanding, especially regarding language preferences and policies. The location was a bit remote, mainly attracting Russian tourists and further from Nha Trang Center than expected. The dining options were extensive but fell short of luxury resort standards. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel offers huge views and fantastic views, and we were given a superior room. However, the room had a musty odor and there was 24-hour noise from the road, with staff starting maintenance work at 5 am. The service was not particularly warm, but great at the reception. The location is perfect, not too far from the city attractions and still quite close to the airport. Dining was really delicious but expensive. The facilities were modern but lacking in some areas.
